Large family house in Ariège, France
This characterful French house was transformed from a collection of old stone barns into a stunning and unique barn conversion, which has plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy.
Come and spend time relaxing on the patio under the shade of the magnolia tree with a refreshing drink in your hand, cool off from the summer sun by having a swim in the pool or spend time lazing on a lounger.
There are four large double bedrooms and one single bedroom (with optional extra bed) in the main house and two further summer bedrooms made from a separate barn known as La Petite Maison. With the added availability of two spare single beds and three children’s cots, the house can sleep up to 14 people plus three young children. The large lounge is two storeys high with a spacious gallery around two sides. Upstairs is a library full of books and games for in-house entertainment.
The generous dining room leads into the newly refurbished kitchen which has a double electric stove, dishwasher and capacious fridge. The utility room has a washing machine and iron/ironing board so has all you need to be a home from home. A second fridge is provided to cool your drinks.
There is an extensive garden with both sun and shade, and a swimming pool with sun terrace. There are a selection of bicycles and a table tennis table in the garage.
All towels and bedding are provided and you’ll find a welcome pack when you arrive too.
